For the professional who does not yet know what they want and needs to work through the whole picture.

  • A precise diagnosis of what you actually want, separate from what you have spent years being rewarded for
  • An honest assessment of your skills and what your career history makes you credible for, including paths you have not yet considered
  • Clarity on what your finances permit: runway, transition scenarios, the real cost of staying
  • A clear picture of the constraints shaping your options: family obligations, geography, immigration status, risk tolerance
  • A defined set of realistic options with trade-offs named. Not stay versus leave. Specific paths assessed against your actual life
  • 5 weekly sessions, 60 minutes each. Analytical work done by me between sessions

The Decision Engagement

For the professional who knows what the decision is but cannot think through it clearly alone.

  • A structured analysis of your specific decision across the dimensions that matter: financial, professional, personal, and immigration where applicable
  • A Decision Closure Document: your options assessed, your criteria explicit, a path forward you can act on
  • 3 weekly sessions, 60 minutes each. Analytical work scoped to what your decision requires
  • Optional immigration analysis available

I have one urgent question

The Focused Session

For the professional with one specific, urgent question who needs a rigorously prepared external perspective.

  • Your situation examined, the key question worked through, and a clear direction established
  • A session summary documenting what we established, for your reference
  • 1 session, 2 hours. You complete a detailed written intake beforehand. I prepare rigorously against it
  • If your situation requires more than one session, I will tell you clearly
